birth records from the state of Michigan. This is due to
the policies of that state as they will
only provide
Michigan
birth certificates to
direct descendants or family members
that apply directly to the state
offices.

Michigan states that Birth Certificates are only available to the following
individuals:
- Person
Named on the Certificate
- Mother/Father
(or Legal Guardian)
- Husband/Wife
of Person Named on Certificate
- Son/Daughter
of Person Named on Certificate
- Sister/Brother
of Person Named on Certificate
- Legal
Representative of an Authorized Person
- Individuals
with a legitimate and legal reason to search for genealogical purposes
The state of Michigan has a number of specific requirements.
You MUST provide the following or we will be unable to process your
request:
- Full
name of person at birth
- Date
of birth
- County
(or city) of birth
- Full
maiden name of mother
- Full
name of father
- Your
name
- Your
relationship to the person whose certificate you are requesting
- Your
reason for searching for this Document (please select one reason from the
dropdown box provided)
- Any
additional information that you think is pertinent

Fraudulent or Contested Credit Card Charges
Credit card fraud is an ongoing problem. For unsubstantiated, contested, or fraudulent credit card charges, there will be an additional $25.00 MINIMUM processing charge, PLUS collection and legal fees, IF incurred. If you call to cancel your order BEFORE the order is processed, then there will be a $15 cancellation charge assessed. BUT please be advised that ONCE your request has been transmitted to our researchers it is NOT possible for us to cancel the charges, or change or expedite the order. By placing an order with us you hereby agree to these terms.
